Andy has recently become the proud father of twins born prematurely on September 11^th 2011.  Lily Rose weighed in at 3lb 8 oz and Oliver James 4lb 6 oz.  They were both well although small and eventually were allowed home on 17^th October 2011.  Andy is coping valiantly with the lack of sleep and is spending as much time at home as possible.  Hannah we believe is also coping with the lack of sleep but not with Andy spending so much time at home!

Diane is still doing well on her clean eating plan and has lost 3 inches from her waist (not been brave enough yet to measure anything else)  She will get into that wedding dress!!!!!!

Anna’s training has come to a bit of a standstill … she’s currently blaming the weather and too many pregnant friends.

John is still threatening to go spinning with Anna.  We are yet to tell him it has nothing to do with knitting!!!!

On 19th October 2010, the Greetwell Place office closed and relocated to Cygnet House, Exchange Road, Lincoln LN6 3JZ. Andy would like to thank Dawn and the girls at Greetwell Place for all of their support over the last five and a half years…
